She holds a B.Sc Economics and Corporate Management, an M.Sc. in Corporate Finance and a Ph.D. in Finance from the Sorbonne University. Professor Dakhli has been teaching both undergraduate and graduate levels include Principles of Finance, Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Financial Analysis, Project Valuation, entrepreneurial Finance and Econometrics.  

Her research interests focus on Initial Public Offering and Freezouts, optimal timing and fairness between minority and majority shareholders.
